Potato Fritters

Potato(s) : 2 large
Flour : 3 tbsp
Egg : 1
Onion : 1 medium
Corn : 2 tbsp
Milk : 1 cup
Salt and Pepper : to taste
Oil : to fry

Grate the potatoes coarsely and drain out excess water. Add flour, egg, corn, onions, salt and pepper. Add the milk to get a batter like consistency.
Drop spoonful of the mixture into frying pan. Cook on both sides till golden brown.

To add an Indian touch to it, add 1 tsp of coriander and cumin powder.
Zucchini is a good alternative to potato.
