All purpose flour : 2 cups
Water: Enough to make dough
Salt : Pinch
Filling:
Chicken: Cooked and Shredded 1 cup
Onions: 1 medium
Green chillies : 2
Ginger paste : 1 tsp
Garlic paste : 1 tsp
Soya sauce: 1 tsp.
Combine all ingredients of filling and keep aside.
Make small balls from the dough. Roll them into small translucent rounds and put 1 tsp filling. Wrap by making pleats and seal.
Steam it for 15 mins.
Momos are usually served with the garlic sauce.
Garlic sauce:
Garlic cloves : 10
Red chilly : 2
Vinegar : 1 tsp
Salt : 1 pinch
Grind the above ingredients and add water to make it sauce consistency.
