Pasta Al Fresco (White Sauce)


Cooked Macaroni: 200 gms
Salt: to taste
Powdered Pepper: 1 tsp
Grated Cheese: 1 cup

For white sauce:
Milk : 2 cups
Maida : 2 tbsp
Butter : 2 tbsp

In a saucepan, melt butter, add maida and saute for 3 minutes. Add milk stirring continuously so no lumps are formed. Bring to boil. Add salt and pepper. Simmer for 2 more minutes. 

Take it off the heat and add macaroni. Transfer to baking dish. Sprinkle cheese to cover the dish. and bake at 160C for half hour till the cheese is slightly brown.
