Mocha Walnut Cake

All purpose flour : 2 cups
Castor Sugar : 3/4 cup
Oil : 2/3 cup
Instant Coffee powder: 1 tbsp mixed with 3/4 cup hot water
Vanilla essence : 1tsp
Baking powder: 2.5 tsp
Eggs : 3
Chopped Walnut : 1 cup

Sift the flour and baking powder, and transfer into a mixing bowl.
Add the sugar, oil, coffee solution and vanilla.
Beat the mixture till well blended.Break the eggs one at a time and add to the cake batter and beat till smooth.
Mix in the walnuts.
Place in pre-heated oven for 35-40 minutes at 160 C, till done (a skewer inserted in it should come out clean).
Remove from the oven and leave to cool.
