Mustard sauce : 1 tsp
Mayonnaise : 3 tbsp
Salt & Pepper : To taste
Finely Chopped Parsley : 2 tsp
Chilli Flakes : 1 tsp
Halve the boiled eggs lengthwise. Pop out the yolk into a bowl.
Mix the yolks with mustard sauce, mayonnaise, salt and pepper & parsley.
Spoon the yolk back into the egg whites and sprinkle chilli flakes to garnish.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
