Orange Pudding


Butter - 1 tbsp
Sugar - Half cup
All purpose Flour - 2 Tbsp
Orange Rind - 1 tsp
Orange Juice - 1 cup
Egg yolk - 2
Egg white - 2

Beat egg whites till stiff. Fold in all the other ingredients and mix well. 
Set oven at 190 C. Pour the mixture into vessel and place in another hot water vessel. Bake for 45 mins to 1 hour. 
There will be a crust formation. 

Serves 4. 

This can be topped with whipped cream.
Heavy Cream - 1 cup
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Vanilla extract - 1tsp.

Whip cream until almost stiff. Add sugar and vanilla and whip till it peaks. 
Spread it over the pudding after it cools.
