All purpose flour - 1 cup
Baking powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1/8 tsp
Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup
Butter - 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Nutmeg - 1/4 tsp

Preheat oven to 160 C.
Take butter at room temperature and add powdered sugar. Mix till a creamy texture is obtained. 
Mix in the dry ingredients of flour, baking powder, salt, cardamom and nutmeg powder. Add this to the butter sugar mixture and knead into a dough. Let it rest for 15 mins. 
Divide the dough into small lemon sized balls and place on greased baking tray. 

Bake at 160 C for 15 mins. Cool completely before serving.
