Hot water - 1 cup
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Mint leaf - for garnish
Stir in the sugar into the hot water and lemon
juice mixture.
Put the strawberries into a blender and blend till
smooth. Add the sugar syrup and blend till combined.
Pour the mixture into a non stick baking dish.
Freeze till icy edges are formed. (approximately 25 mins). Using a fork, scrape
the icy portions into the middle of the dish and freeze again. Repeat every 30
mins for about 1.5 hours.
When it is time to serve, scrape off flaky granite
into bowl. Garnish with berries and mint leaf.
