Nachos and Salsa


For Nachos:

Cornmeal flour - 1 cup
Whole wheat flour - 1/4 cup
Oil - to deep fry

Mix the two flours and knead to make into a dough (for rotis)
Roll out into rotis and cook on both sides on a griddle and keep aside.
Heat oil, cut the rotis into triangular shapes and deep fry till crisp and brown.

For Salsa:

Tomatoes - 3 (de seeded and cubed)
Onion - 1 (finely chopped)
Jalapeno chili - 1 ( seeded and finely chopped)
Cilantro - 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Lemon juice - 1
Oregano - to taste
Salt and pepper - to taste

Mix together all these ingredients and place in a bowl.

Serve with the nachos.
