Fish fillet - 500 gm
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 2 tbsp
Curry leaves - 5
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Besan - 3 tbsp
Bread crumbs - 3 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - to deep fry
Cut the fish into strips like fingers. Marinate
with lemon juice, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, ginger
garlic paste, salt. Keep aside for half hour. Now mix together the besan and
bread crumbs. Coat the fish with the mixture. Deep fry till golden brown. Serve
hot with tomato sauce.
