Brownies

Powdered Sugar - 400 gm

Maida - 3 cups

salt - 3/4 tsp

Baking soda - 1.5 tsp

Curd - 1 cup

Cocoa - 1/2 cup

Eggs - 2

Refined oil - 1 cup

Vanilla Essence - 1tsp

Bolied cooled water - 1 cup

Mix all ingredients in one direction. Bake for 45 mins at 180C

എന്റെ പേര് റിറ്റ, വീട്ടമ്മ.പഠിച്ചതും വളർന്നതും തിരുവനന്തപുരത്ത്, അന്നൊക്കെ അക്ഷരങ്ങളേയും വായനയേയും സ്നേഹിച്ചിരുന്നോ എന്ന് ചോദിച്ചാൽ സംശയമാണ്.പിന്നീടെപ്പഴോ പല social net work കളിലൂടെ blog കൾ വായിച്ചും രചനകൾ രചിച്ചും ഇപ്പോൾ ജീവിതം മുന്നേറുന്നു. നിത്യജീവിതത്തിലെ സംഭവങ്ങൾ കൂട്ടിയിണക്കി എഴുതാനാണ് എനിക്ക് താല്പര്യം. രണ്ട് കുട്ടികൾ . കുടുംബവുമൊന്നിച്ച് ഡൽഹിയിൽ താമസിക്കുന്നു.
