Cornflakes crumbs - 2 cups
Pepper - 1 tsp
Buttermilk - 1 cup
Poultry saesoning - 2 tsp
Garlic powder - 1 tsp
Onion powder - 1 tsp
Paprika powder - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
In a bowl, combine buttermilk, salt, pepper and poultry seasoning, Add chicken and coat with the mixture. Let is stand for 2 hours.
Mix together the cornflakes crumbs, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika powder. Coat the marinated chicken with this.
Place on prepared baking tray. Braise with some butter.
Bake at 180 C for 35 to 40 mins or until juices run clear.
