Coriander : 1 cup
Mint : 1/2 cup
Chillies : 2 - 3
Spinach : 1 cup
Lemon juice : 1 tbsp
Garlic pods : 3
Ginger : 1 inch piece
Cardamom : 1 piece
Yogurt : 1 cup
Garam Masala : 1 tsp
Cumin powder : 1 tsp
Chilli powder : 1 tsp
Salt : to taste
Chopped Onions : 1 big
In a blender, add coriander, mint, spinach, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, chillies and make smooth paste.
Mix the chicken in the above marinade and keep aside for 30 mins.
Heat oil in a pan. Add cardamom and let it release its flavour. Add onions and sauté till brown.
Add the chicken and marinade. Let it cook for 5 mins.
Add yogurt, garam masala, cumin powder, chilli powder and salt. Stir well and let it cook on low flame till chicken is done. Approximately 20 mins.
